Creekside Pottery is responsible for packing the products appropriately for shipping and the purchase of insurance for shipping. If a product is appropriately returned per our refund policy, the customer is responsible for packing the product appropriately for shipping and the purchase of insurance. If the returned product arrives at our facility damaged, we will photograph the product and packaging in the condition at the time of delivery and e-mail to the customer. If the returned product arrives at our facilities damaged, no refund will be given and the customer is responsible for collecting insurance (if purchased) from the shipping company.
